Kiosko.net is a mix between a press
magazine and a newspaper directory. It displays
updated front page covers of today's newspapers, giving us a quick
overview of current events.
How often are headlines updated?
The site begins updating at 6:30am,
London time (6:30 GMT), but some papers still aren't available at that
hour, so the portal continues adding new publications up until 16:00
GMT.
How can I send a suggestion or a complaint?
Just go to our "contact" section, and
send us a message.
Yersterday, I saw my favorite newspaper at kiosko.net.
Why can't I see it today?
Kiosko only shows today's front
page covers, and some newspapers aren't published on Mondays or on
weekends. Under the given technical circumstances, the portal always
follows the "best effort" philosophy in its attempts to retrieve each front
page cover. Some errors can be due to publication delays on behalf of
the featured newspaper, something that's usually resolved in a
matter of hours. If a cover has not appeared for a few days, it may
be due to changes that have been made on the selected newspapers own
servers or even because of bugs in the code used to fetch the
covers. If your favorite newspaper is missing for more than a few
days, please visit our contact page, send us a message, and we'll
try to fix the problem as soon as possible.
Can I request that a certian newspaper be included?
Kiosko's policy is to only include
printed media, namely daily newspapers with a minimum circulation of
10,000 copies. The goal is to cover the world's most widely read
publications. Please visit our contact page to make any such
requests.
